In this one day Master Class, you will be taken through the key elements of running a successful Capital Campaign. Our speakers will explore all aspects of a campaign; types of campaigns, readiness, planning, phases and stage, the three pillars of success, why a great case really matters, how major gifts are pivotal to success, tools and tactics, leadership and volunteers, and resourcing. There will be ample opportunities for interaction and sharing of delegate experience during the masterclass.
An afternoon panel of leading experts - including Michelle Carroll, St Catherine’s School Toorak, Bradley Fenner, Prince Alfred College Adelaide and Dr John Newton, Scotch College Adelaide - will share their experiences and perspectives as principals on what makes a successful campaign and how to use a principal effectively. The challenge of major fundraising in girls’ schools will be discussed.
