Please note that from Monday 23 May, all registrations will have to be paid by credit card at the time of booking as we are a week out from the event and no refunds will be provided. You are able to make a name change if required.

 

We are committed to supporting the professional development of our members and to be as flexible as possible to ensure that you can book our International Conference with confidence, knowing that Educate Plus has you covered if the unexpected occurs.

Flexible approach

2022 is going to be all about bringing our members back together. The Main Conference will be a face-to-face event to provide a richer, more immersive, and more participatory experience.

 

We will be following a detailed set of enhanced measures to ensure you can enjoy a productive and high-quality event experience in a COVID safe environment. 

We have always had a bursary program to support institutions who need additional financial support to attend the conference and this has been enhanced for 2022.

 

We’d also be happy to help you transfer your registration to a colleague up to 48 hours prior to the conference if you prefer.

 

Terms & Conditions

According to the updated International Conference cancellation policy: 

  • Cancellations up to 30 days prior to the conference will receive a full refund

  • Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund

  • Cancellations less than 7 days and no shows will be charged as per the standard booking conditions.

  • A reduced administration fee of $6 is applied to all cancelled reservations
