Simon is a former pupil of MGS and joined as a teacher in the Geography Department in 2004. He was the School's Transport Co-ordinator until 2010 and was responsible for the successful introduction of the MGS Shuttles. Simon joined the Development Team in 2009 as Assistant Director of Development, and was appointed to take over from Ian Thorpe in 2010.
